Upon awakening
The unconsciousness of sleep is just dissolving and the light of consciousness has resurfaced in your mind…Try not to move. just feel your body and simply notice the breath, but do not concentrate intensely. Do not open your eyes, remain exactly in the position as when you awoke. Enjoy the transition to wakefulness still feeling the taste of the peace of deep sleep and try to feel them merge together, of course, spontaneously.
Remain in this state, as if suspended, observe the first thoughts that arrive, and when you feel, slowly begin to move…getting up with a smile.
