There was a turning point in my life, as in all lives, I believe, during a meditation course several years ago, where I began to experience a simple sensation that there was a space, a moment in our mind beyond that which we usually see and feel.

The discovery of this space was not the only revelation, however interesting, but even more was the discovery , during some simple postures that we were made to do during the weekend, that these movements allow you to change the quality of your mind and encourage the meditative process.

I've always been lucky enough to experience joy and ease in moving my body, but mainly in sports, in running, jumping, and soccer; To realize that through the body and breath I could slip into meditative states of mind otherwise difficult to reach was a flash of insight that has remained with me always.

This pushed me to go deeper, to experiment, to practice and then almost spontaneously came the natural ability to pass on this knowledge to others, to convey this understanding in the best way possible: respecting the tradition that it comes from, searching in each lesson, at each instant to enter into communication with each person on a deeper level, a level where I know that they too, can hear what I hear, a space that vibrates at a pace much more profound and subtle.

The same intuition brought me to India, where I stayed for many months, on many different occasions, without illusions, without knowing anything or anyone, without, even having the experience of previous travel, and this natural flow that brought me there became clear upon meeting a very special person after only a few days of arrival, an unexpected teacher who combined, in my mind, the Indian and the Tibetan yogic paths, with his wonderful knowledge of mind and energies.

The way life and practice that we did In the mountains, the Himalayas, still have an intensity for me , which in humility, I try to keep alive and to spread the teachings I received: if they become only a beautiful memory it means that something has died and I'm not paying tribute to the treasures that I have received.

Since then, the spark has become even more alive , each gesture of the body, each inhalation and exhalation takes on an almost sacred quaility, which I feel allows everything to come together in union , in tune with the needs of each student, and then each lesson becomes a continuous search for this exchange ...
