Buddhist Meditation and Philosophy
The private classes are suitable for beginners who want to have a personal guide and support to learn the principles of Buddhist philosophy and how to apply them in the practice of meditation in a busy modern lifestyle. The program can be adapted to individual needs.
For more advanced students is useful to deepen their personal practice, or to motivate and inspire when one has the feeling of not progressing. The classes will include work on posture, breath, emotions, and progressive stages of meditation on love, compassion, contemplation topics , objects of concentration, mantra and visualization, and subtle energies.
Private lessons can be conducted on Skype for those who are very busy or live far away.
