SEMINARS

seminars

We hold various seminars throughout the year to allow students to deepen their practice, exploring aspects of meditation, yoga posture, breath, and Indian and Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy.
It is a time to experience deeply the uniqueness of the combined knowledge of Indian Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism.
Often, from the point of view of Indian Yoga, only the physical aspect of Hatha Yoga are emphasized, so it is easy to lose sight of the real purpose, that of the ultimate realization.
On the other hand in some meditative traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, for example,, the practitioner must sit for long periods without moving, proper breathing and physical training is not emphasized often enough, causing various types of obstacles that impede meditative practice in the short term, and lead to physical problems in the long run. This often causes frustration and discouragement.
Therefore, we have discovered that through the joint and harmonious practice of these two incredible traditions, these two aspects can be balanced allowing the student to have profound experiences without having to face insurmountable difficulties.
In humility, we try to teach the essence of what we have received, beyond the cultural and religious aspects, in such a way that anyone, regardless of their beliefs, is able to embark on a serious journey of self-knowledge.
During the weekend or in longer seminars one is able to experience more clearly and with lasting effect the emmese benefit of prolonged practice. .
