corsomeditazioneThe course will take place one Saturday per month from 8,30 to 12,30 in locations between Chiasso and Lugano starting on Saturday 20 September.
The program will include:
– Hatha Yoga (with asana, postures and yogic breathing practices);
– Deepening of breathing techniques, from breathing properly to the deep and subtle connections of the breath with the mind;
– Introduction and practice of relaxation techniques to go beyond stress and anxiety;
– Explanation, practice and discussion of the main techniques of Tibetan and Indian meditation;
– Application of the techniques and meditative experiences in daily life: how to meditate or what it means to maintain a meditative attitude during the course of daily activities;
– How meditation applies to the process of understanding and managing your emotions, so that each emotion can help us in the process of self-knowledge.
The year will end with an intensive seminar for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday), during which we will review and practice what we learned during the year.
