Relaxing in the car
This is something you can try the next time you are stuck at a red light, in a hurry. Instead of getting angry, check how you are breathing.
Exhale and gently squeeze in the abdomen, then let the inspiration arrive naturally. Do this two or three times and in the meantime the traffic light has turned green. Even if someone honks at you, you've put some life into this moment and have not wasted it.
